With 25 years of customer service and over 10 years of extensive business management experience, Phillip prides himself in offering a friendly and trusting experience to both colleagues and clients. A born mediator, Phillip works hard to make the experience between rental providers and renters as stress free and easy for all parties.
So much more than just collecting rent, Phillip takes great pride in not only ensuring the property is well looked after, but also increasing the clients’ wealth.
Outside of work Phillip loves to write and perform music either in 3 piece band Hove and Hull on the peninsula or making up song on the spot with comedy improv group The Big Hoo Haa.
When asked what his favorite thing about working in property management is, Phillip passionately replied, “No two days are ever the same – That’s what I love about this job!”
